As the newest multi-tenant Life Sciences building on the Utrecht Science Park, Accelerator not only accommodates large biotechnology companies but also start-ups and scale-ups looking to accelerate their development.

Accelerator’s design is based on the vision of listed biotechnology companies Genmab and Merus to improve the quality of life of patients by developing innovative therapies. Partly by entering into valuable partnerships. Accelerator creates a unique hub within the innovative ecosystem of both the Utrecht Science Park and Kadans Science Partner.

Accelerator invites you to come in. In Accelerator, a traditional reception area makes way for an open and multifunctional zone. The ground floor is a place where staff, students and visitors can confer, meet, eat and drink, and engage in activities. There is also an auditorium, meeting rooms and an extensive restaurant.

Accelerator offers a great deal of flexibility. To encourage good cooperation within the companies, the floors consist of large, freely configurable floors. This allows offices and laboratories of various sizes and in different positions to be created together with the tenant. In this way, the tenant creates her ideal workplace
