De Stevenage BioScience Catalyst is een unieke biowetenschap gemeenschap opgezet om kleine biotech- en biowetenschapsbedrijven en startende ondernemingen toegang te bieden tot de expertise, netwerken en wetenschappelijke faciliteiten die traditioneel met multinationale farmaceutische bedrijven worden geassocieerd. Sycamore House ligt naast de campus gelegen, maar huurders kunnen nog steeds gebruik maken van het ecosysteem van de BioScience Campus.

Katie is Commercial Manager for the UK & Ireland at Kadans Science Partner. Katie joined Kadans from Cushman & Wakefield where she had been for close to 9 years. Starting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Apprentice, Katie has gained a wide range of experience through her career. Before joining Kadans Katie was a highly regarded agent within the South East Office Market. Katie specialised in Tenant representation whilst in the South East Agency Team whilst also serving investor/landlord clients. Katie is regarded as an Occupier specialist which is great addition to the Kadans expertise and she will work to make our assets occupier ready. Startbasis voor beginnende ondernemers in de biowetenschap

Een van de hoofddoelstellingen van de campus is om een cultuur van open innovatie te creëren die de biowetenschappelijke sector van het Verenigd Koninkrijk een leidende positie zal bezorgen in de wereldwijde biomedische sector.

Kadans Science Partner en de Stevenage BioScience Campus zullen samen het ecosysteem van de campus ontwikkelen en naar een hoger niveau tillen.

Golden Triangle

Stevenage BioScience Campus is gelegen in de zogeheten ‘Golden Triangle’ tussen Cambridge, Londen en Oxford. Dit is een van ’s werelds leidende concentraties van bedrijven en onderzoeksinstituten in de biotechnologie en life sciences. Met directe toegang tot de snelweg A1 via knooppunten 7 en 8 heeft de campus een goede connectiviteit met de auto. Stevenage is goed verbonden met belangrijke hubs. Zo ligt Cambridge op slechts 40 minuten met de trein, en is King’s Cross in Londen in nog geen 20 minuten te bereiken. Bovendien zijn de internationale luchthavens Luton en Stansted binnen 40 minuten, en Heathrow binnen 1 uur te bereiken.
