Sherard Building

The Sherard Building is a striking, stand-alone building in the heart of the Oxford Science Park. The four-story building has been fully renovated to provide flexible office and laboratory space.

In addition to the high-quality design of the suites, attention has also been paid to the practical environment of the building to meet tenant ‘back-of-house’ requirements. Outside, the building is surrounded by trees and greenery, creating a landscaped environment intended to promote sustainability and well-being for its occupants, with additional outdoor seating areas allowing for outdoor use.

The current tenant is venture capitalist Oxford Science Enterprise (OSE). OSE uses the building to support life science start-ups arising out of Oxford University.
