West of Scotland Science Park

West of Scotland Science Park is located in Glasgow, the third-largest city in the UK. Opened in 1983, the West of Scotland Science Park is one of the UK’s leading centers for research in the life sciences. West of Scotland Science Park consists of two campuses: the Kelvin Campus and the Todd Campus. Kadans’ buildings are located on Todd Campus. The science park is home to companies operating in life sciences and high-tech.

West of Scotland Science Park is located about 5 miles northwest of Glasgow city center. Glasgow has a wealth of skills and talent thanks to world-class universities and colleges such as the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde, and leading research facilities such as the Beatson Oncology Centre.

The campus is well served by public transportation. Several bus stops and the train station are nearby. Glasgow city center can be reached within 20 minutes and Edinburgh within 60 minutes. In addition, Glasgow International Airport is only a 20-minute drive away.

Fit-out

We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimizes the success of your organisation.

For both small and large companies and organisations, we have multi-tenant buildings in close proximity to universities or other knowledge institutions, on campuses and science parks. In many of these locations below, we have space available to set up a laboratory space for you too!
