Sandrine de Wouters joined us as Senior Asset Manager in 2022. Prior to joining Kadans, she has been working in the Real Estate and Banking industry for more than 15 years. Sandrine worked at ING Bank as Corporate Lending Advisor and at Cofinimmo (the foremost Belgian listed property company) where she gained extensive experience in Transaction & Asset management and Business development of (healthcare) real estate. In her role at Kadans, she is the point of contact of the tenants and stakeholders in Belgium. Her mission is to optimize, expand, and drive value of the real estate portfolio. Sandrine holds a diploma of Economics (Master’s degree) of the University of Namur, Belgium.

Watson & Crick Hill hat eine klare Meinung dazu, wie ein Wissenschaftszentrum aussehen sollte. Der Park hat eine Größe von etwa 11 Hektar und ist damit der größte seiner Art in Wallonien. Auf einer Fläche von 30.000 m2 sind Büros und Labore untergebracht, die sich auf sechs Gebäude verteilen. Die derzeitige Fläche kann um weitere 20.000 m2 ergänzt werden, was das zukünftige Wachstum des Parks vorwegnimmt. Aktuell sind 27 Unternehmen im Park ansässig.
