Sandrine de Wouters joined us as Senior Asset Manager in 2022. Prior to joining Kadans, she has been working in the Real Estate and Banking industry for more than 15 years. Sandrine worked at ING Bank as Corporate Lending Advisor and at Cofinimmo (the foremost Belgian listed property company) where she gained extensive experience in Transaction & Asset management and Business development of (healthcare) real estate. In her role at Kadans, she is the point of contact of the tenants and stakeholders in Belgium. Her mission is to optimize, expand, and drive value of the real estate portfolio. Sandrine holds a diploma of Economics (Master’s degree) of the University of Namur, Belgium.

Watson & Crick Hill propose une idée claire sur ce que devrait être un parc scientifique. Le parc s’étend sur environ 11 hectares et est le plus grand parc scientifique de Wallonie. Actuellement, le parc offre déjà 30 000 m² d’espaces de bureaux et de laboratoires, répartis sur six bâtiments. Il y a encore de la place pour 20 000 m² supplémentaires, ce qui montre également la croissance que le parc envisage pour l’avenir. Actuellement, le parc accueille 27 entreprises.
