Jenny Beuving
Jenny Beuving works as a Hospitality Employee in Plus Ultra on the university campus in Wageningen.
Jenny has a heart for the total user experience and finds it important that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in Plus Ultra I and II. According to her, small things in behaviour, appearance, attention, environment, service and comfort make the difference in exceeding expectations.
Before Jenny joined Kadans, she held various positions in the field of marketing, publicity, hospitality, community building, sales and events within the care, education and tourism sectors and within the theatre industry. She has worked with different target groups, organizations and cultures in and outside of the Netherlands.

Jan Bremmer
Jan is Managing Director of Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. He has been working in the Real Estate and Construction Business for more than 20 years now. Jan worked for Domicil Real Estate AG, PATRIZIA AG and HOCHTIEF Construction AG in different roles during that time. He has great experience in Real Estate Transaction Management and possesses extensive knowledge in the field of Construction Project Management. Beyond, he is more than familiar with the university and research related environment owing to his time spent as Research Assistant at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
In his role as Head of Germany and Acquisition Jan is responsible for the expansion in Germany and the acquisition of suitable properties, development projects and building plots.
Jan holds an ESSEC & MANNHEIM Executive MBA of Mannheim Business School and a Diploma in Construction Engineering and Management of University of Applied Sciences, Lippe and Hoexter.

Bram Both
Bram Both is project manager at Kadans Science Partner. Since 2012, Bram has fulfilled assignments from his own company for a variety of clients in the capacity of project manager, both in the planning and pricing phase as well as in the realization phase. Bram has years of experience as project manager for large and complex projects. Creating an overview and clarity within the project and the project team are for him important starting points for the success of the project.

Rik Creemers
Rik works as commercial manager for the knowledge-intensive real estate portfolio within Kadans. The tenants of the buildings in this portfolio are mostly spin-off companies from knowledge institutions and young companies that want to grow within an incubator. As commercial manager, he is partly responsible for Kadans’ acquisition and growth targets. Rik Creemers previously successfully completed his studies in Building Management & Real Estate at Avans Hogeschool in Tilburg.

Chiel van Dijen
After studying Building Engineering, Chiel started at Kadans, where he contributed to the professionalization of the Research Department from 2007. Chiel then worked as a property manager, focusing on the development of complex projects and the acquisition of knowledge-intensive companies and institutions.
In early 2011 Chiel joined Kadans’ management team as a partner. Within the management team, Chiel and his team are responsible for the acquisition and development of new knowledge-intensive projects and the optimization of Kadans Science Partner’s portfolio.
In 2012 Chiel obtained his Post HBO diploma and at the end of 2014 Chiel obtained his Master’s degree in Real Estate at Tias Business School.

Amelie van Dongen
Amelie van Dongen is responsible for all events within Kadans Science Partner, where she deals with happenings ranging from a festive opening of a new building to a successful summer drink for tenants. The diverse events she organizes contribute to Kadans’ innovative ecosystem.
In 2016, Amelie successfully completed her Bachelor in International Real Estate and Facility Management in Breda. For her internship abroad, she worked at a Convention Centre in Cape Town for six months, where she found out that organizing events really suited her. After two years working at the Sales and Events Department of a Golf Park, she made the switch to real estate.

Wendy van Duijnhoven
Wendy van Duijnhoven works as marketing & communications manager at Kadans Science Partner. She is responsible for all marketing and communication activities within Kadans. She is also responsible for the positioning of the company and brand awareness.
Wendy studied business communication at Radboud University in Nijmegen. After her bachelor, she completed a master Communication & Influencing at Radboud University. After her studies, she gained extensive experience in B2B marketing at various companies within the construction and real estate sector. She also enhanced her strategic marketing knowledge by completing the Nima C course.

Tom van Elderen
Tom van Elderen is Project Manager bij Kadans Science Partner. Tom is de allround projectmanager die de groeidoelstelling van Kadans Science Partner door realisatie van nieuwe huisvesting meer vorm geeft.
Tom is financieel, organisatorisch en kwalitatief verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en realisatie van nieuwbouwprojecten, herontwikkeling van bestaand vastgoed en klant-specifieke inrichtings- en afbouwpakketten.
Met ruime ervaring en uitgebreide kennis op zowel bouwkundig als installatietechnisch vlak is hij de ideale sparringpartner van (potentiële) huurders van Kadans Science Partner in uiteenlopende huisvestingsvraagstukken.
Tom heeft een jarenlange staat van dienst aan advies- en opdrachtgeverszijde en heeft in zijn werkverleden een grote variëteit van projecten gerealiseerd, zowel op hoofdlijnen als op technisch inhoudelijk vlak. Deze projecten betreffen onder meer utiliteit-, onderwijs-, logistiek- en kantoorgebouwen en over het algemeen voorzien van kennisintensieve en technologisch complexe onderdelen.

Lizet Embrechts
Lizet Embrechts is project manager fit-out within Kadans Science Partner. She will mainly be responsible for renovations for existing and new tenants, but will also manage renovations of acquired properties and new builds for existing tenants.
Lizet has extensive experience. In the position of project manager and supervisor she has realized a wide variety of projects from renovation, restoration to new construction. Projects in the broadest sense of the word from program of requirements to completion. She has held her position with architects and engineering firms. The projects include educational, office and utility buildings.

Jolanda Enneking
Jolanda Enneking is employed as a Hospitality Employee in Plus Ultra in Wageningen.
Jolanda gained her experience at Wageningen University. Hospitality is very important to Jolanda. As a Hospitality Assistant, Jolanda is the first point of contact for the tenants and visitors of Plus Ultra. Jolanda can be found behind the reception desk of Plus Ultra on a daily basis.

Jetske Evers
Jetske has successfully completed her study Real Estate and Real Estate Management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede in July 2019. During this study she gained amongst others (internship/work) experience at Colliers International (Capital Markets), Savills (Investments) and DRDS project management. After her studies Jetske started in the role of Real Estate analyst at Adelaer Financial Architects. There she provided support to the relationship managers in the commercial preparation and follow-up of financial transactions.
Jetske started at Kadans Science Partner as a real estate employee and supported the development and project teams in this role. She is now Development Manager in Johan van Gerven’s team.

Liset Frijters-Pollen

Andrea van Gaal
Andrea works as a hospitality employee at Novio Tech Campus.
Service is always a priority for Andrea. She thinks it’s important that people feel welcome and immediately at ease. She has work experience in retail and has worked as a congress coordinator in the medical world. During this job Andrea organized several congresses and symposia for medical institutions.
As a hospitality assistant, Andrea is the first point of contact for the tenants of Building M and Building A. You can find her at the reception desk in Building M on weekdays.

Johan van Gerven
Johan is the Director | Head of Development within Kadans with a strong focus on the knowledge intensive industry. He uses his extensive knowledge and network in this area to close deals (acquiring new properties and redevelopments). Johan reports directly to the management.
Johan has a strong track record in the consultancy and engineering world. After graduating from TU Eindhoven (mechanical engineering), he worked for many years for organizations involved in the realization of power plants and factories around the world. In 2006 he made the switch to GTI/Cofely and since 2010 he has been working at Deerns raadgevende Ingenieurs. There he was responsible for a branch office and Business Unit and he has an active role in acquisition within the knowledge intensive industry.

Jasper van Gorcum
Jasper graduated from the International Real Estate and Facility Management program at Breda University of Applied Sciences in 2021. During this study he developed his interest in real estate. Jasper wrote his graduation research on the potential of Tiny Houses among starters within the housing market.
Jasper joined Kadans as junior asset manager and supports the commercial team in this role.

Lotte de Grood
Lotte is teamlead of the facility team at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the west of the Netherlands, with locations in Rotterdam, Leiden, Rijswijk and Utrecht.
Lotte received her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Tio in Utrecht. After her studies she first worked on cruise ships. Afterwards she worked as Front Office Supervisor and later Front Office Manager for an international hotel chain.
Together with the other teamlead and a team of coordinators, Lotte is responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio under supervision of the Senior Facility Manager.

Theo de Haas
Theo is now employed by Kadans Science Partner, but has been working closely with Kadans since 2012 in the development and design of laboratory spaces, cleanrooms and pilot facilities.
With some 35 years of experience in design and consultancy in the field of construction, layout and technical installations for high-tech buildings, gained at Royal HaskoningDHV, laboratories hold few secrets for him. He has worked in virtually all sectors (food, pharma and life sciences, fine chemicals, electronics, mechanics). Both for renowned multinationals and SMEs, universities and research institutes, in the Netherlands and internationally.
Nevertheless, accommodating every new laboratory is always an interesting challenge for Theo.
Kadans offers accommodation for knowledge-intensive sectors. As Senior Technical Advisor, Theo is a support point for both new developments, during construction, and for the management of the growing portfolio of buildings.

Sjoerd Harsveldt
Sjoerd is Commercial Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for finding new opportunities in the form of single and multi-tenant real estate projects, with a strong focus on the Randstad area. He is the first point of contact for stakeholders at science parks and guides potential tenants through the process of concluding a development and/or lease agreement.
After studying Urban Design at the Utrecht School for the Arts, Sjoerd got into real estate development after working as an urban planner for 2 years. He has also worked for various real estate developers on commercial and social housing, offices, healthcare and social real estate.

Jeff Gielen
Jeff studied biology at Utrecht University, where he graduated in 1983. Subsequently, he was employed by Intervet followed by the Institute for Animal Husbandry and Health ID-Lelystad. Jeff was also involved in the development of the BioScience Park Lelystad and the founding of start-ups in the life sciences field. Between 2001 and 2010, Jeff served as Director Biopartner Center Wageningen BV.
Jeff was appointed Director Kadans Science Partner effective 1 January 2010. He carries responsibility for accommodating knowledge-intensive technological companies and institutes, largely in the food, life sciences, health and high-tech sectors.
Jeff is also active within Startlife (stimulating entrepreneurship) in Wageningen, and serves as chairman of the business association Business and Science Park Wageningen, supervisory director of Rabobank Land van Cuijk and Maasduinen and member of the advisory council of the Bio Science Park Leiden.

Reinoud van den Heuvel
Reinoud is the Director | Head of Asset Management and works closely with the commercial managers in the team led by Chiel van Dijen. His focus is on the commercial optimization of Kadans Science Partner’s entire real estate portfolio.
In doing so, Reinoud focuses on issues such as marketing and branding of buildings and campuses, complex expansion issues of larger tenants and strengthening the ecosystem.
Reinoud is a professional in the field of asset management. He first worked as an appraiser for a number of years (most recently at Colliers) and then held tactical roles at a number of mid-sized management organizations (LCG and Mayfield).
In 2017 he worked as an independent real estate professional but would prefer to (collaborate) again with a professional real estate organization. Reinoud has extensive knowledge and experience in managing offices, commercial properties, retail and social real estate.

Fleur Huisman
Fleur completed her Master’s degree in Management in the Built Environment at TU Delft in July 2020 after previously obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Hogeschool Rotterdam. During her studies she gained (internship/work) experience at the municipality of Rotterdam, KIKX Development and Batenburg Bouw & Ontwikkeling.

Edward Joslin
Edward is Development Director for the UK & Ireland. Edward joined Kadans from Kennedy Wilson where he was a Senior Development Manager. Edward brings a wealth of construction experience to Kadans with delivery expertise in complex construction projects, from feasibility to completion in a variety of sectors in the UK. Edward has delivered projects for both the public and private sectors from the client as well as developer side.
Edward brings his in-depth knowledge of acquisition, building and tenant requirements into the design and construction elements including optimisation of internal work spaces.

Sindy van Hooijdonk
For the first twelve years of her career, Sindy developed into an all-round chartered accountant at KPMG. It was here that she developed her love for real estate. In this capacity, Sindy came to know Kadans as a distinctive player that offers more than just housing solutions. Focus and dedication are her driving forces.

Ralf Klinkenberg
Ralf Klinkenberg has been working at Kadans since March 2018. In the role of Corporate Development Manager, he mainly focuses on the (financial) analysis of acquisitions and development projects at home and abroad.
Ralf obtained his Master in Finance at the University of Tilburg and gained experience as a consultant in the field of mergers & acquisitions at Witlox Van den Boomen, and as a financial analyst at DAF Trucks.

Michiel Kal
As Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner, Michiel is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
After studying Civil Engineering at TU Delft, Michiel gained broad experience in developing and realizing various types of buildings. Starting in 2015, he has developed for and on behalf of Heren 2 in Amsterdam, including hotels, offices and a cinema. With his extensive experience in commercial real estate development and managing design teams, Michiel makes a substantial contribution to Kadans’ further growth of knowledge-intensive real estate.

Rene Koning
As a project manager within Kadans, René is responsible, in organizational, financial and qualitative terms, for the development and realization of new-build projects and the redevelopment of existing property.
René has been working in construction and real estate since 1987 and has developed into an all-around manager. Since 2013 he has been able to fulfil assignments in project development, management and realization for renowned clients from his own company.
Because of his versatile knowledge, experience and leadership in project development for area developments with housing, offices and infrastructure and in the field of legal and financial matters, he has an overall view of real estate and integrated process management.

Erwin Langbroek
Erwin completed the Real Estate & Brokerage course at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After his studies, Erwin worked for various real estate management organizations, where he was responsible for the technical management of diverse portfolios commissioned by different institutional investors.
At Kadans Science Partner, Erwin is mainly responsible for the technical management of the Rotterdam Science Tower complex, which was acquired in 2021.

Michel Leemhuis
Before joining Kadans at the end of 2005, Michel Leemhuis had a background in banking and gained years of experience advising companies and institutions on investment issues and financing. Afterwards, he worked for an internationally operating accountancy and consultancy organization (big four) where he focused on real estate issues, including strategy advice, financial feasibility studies, investment analyses and site selection advice. Within the management of Kadans Science Partner, of which he is co-owner, Michel Leemhuis is responsible for finance, organization, structuring and management of investment funds and acquisition and disposition.

This quote clearly shows that as a company, you have to dare to deviate from the beaten track to be successful, even under difficult market conditions. For Kadans this means that it has sought and found opportunities in specific niches of the real estate market. Teun Lebbink
Teun Lebbink is Commercial Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
Teun will focus on further developing the TripleO Campus in Breda and Kadans’ portfolio in the west of the Netherlands. He is partly responsible for Kadans’ acquisition and growth targets.
After completing the HTS Technical Business Administration course, he also followed the NVM SOM real estate course. Teun has worked as a business broker at LBB-Naber and KIN makelaars, among others.

Nienke van Leeuwen
Nienke graduated Cum Laude from the International Real Estate and Facility Management programme at Breda University of Applied Sciences in June 2021. During her studies, she gained experience in the real estate sector at Eindhoven University of Technology and VS Building Care.

Susanne van Leeuwen
Susanne van Leeuwen is an executive secretary at Kadans Science Partner. She is primarily responsible for the secretarial support of the holding board.
After her studies at the NHTV, Susanne held various positions at both large and small international companies. She gained extensive experience in a supporting role, including as an office manager / executive assistant in various sectors. She sees it as a challenge to take over as many tasks as possible and to arrange everything down to the last detail so that her colleagues can fully focus on their area of expertise.

Katie Nelson
Katie is Commercial Manager for the UK & Ireland at Kadans Science Partner.
Katie joined Kadans from Cushman & Wakefield where she had been for close to 9 years. Starting at Cushman & Wakefield as an Apprentice, Katie has gained a wide range of experience through her career. Before joining Kadans Katie was a highly regarded agent within the South East Office Market. Katie specialised in Tenant representation whilst in the South East Agency Team whilst also serving investor/landlord clients.
Katie is regarded as an Occupier specialist which is great addition to the Kadans expertise and she will work to make our assets occupier ready. Katie is responsible for the leasing of the UK & Ireland portfolio, tenant engagement and managing of our Ecosystem Services.

Kimberley van Nuland
Kimberley is Communications Professional at Kadans Science Partner. Kimberley is involved in communication in the broadest sense of the word. She is responsible for managing the websites and social media, creating content such as newsletters, press releases and presentations, and she provides support for issues and projects.
Kimberley first studied at the Fotovakschool for a year, then completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication Science at the Radboud University with honours. During her bachelor, she also studied a semester in the United States. Following this, she completed the master’s degree in Persuasive Communication at the University of Amsterdam in January 2018.
While studying, Kimberley already gained extensive experience in photography and communication. She has worked as a professional photographer and has years of experience creating and managing content for both online and print media.

Tim Pardoen
Tim Pardoen is Business Controller at Kadans Science Partner.
Tim studied International Business Administration at the University of Tilburg and also completed a Master’s degree in Strategic Management there. After working in consultancy at a big four accounting firm for over 5 years, Tim started as a business controller.
He is responsible for the preparation of reports and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities in respect of reporting, processes and internal control.

Bram van Remunt
Bram completed his study Real Estate & Real Estate Management at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in March 2021. During his studies, he gained (internship/work) experience at MVGM property management and conducted his graduate research at the Dutch Government Property Agency.

Saskia van Rijn
Saskia works as Community Manager at the TripleO Campus in Breda. She is the first point of contact and a recognizable face for tenants, visitors and suppliers. She has a connecting role through events, engaging with (and supporting) the tenants, but also putting the campus further on the map.
In 2016, Saskia graduated with a Bachelor in Communication from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Since then, she has worked at various agencies but also in the food industry. Before that, she gained work experience in project management and hospitality. In the role of Community Manager, these three specialities come together beautifully: hospitality, events and communication!

Manon Roesink
Manon graduated with a Bachelor’s in Facility Management from the hospitality business school of Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Deventer in 2017. After her studies, Manon started working at Kadans Science Partner as a facility coordinator for the Nijmegen location. She is now teamlead of the facility team.

Joost van de Rakt
Joost joined Kadans in 2006 where he set up the Research Department. Joost currently heads the Management & Research department and is responsible for task scheduling. Also, for the Projects Department, he coordinates the large restructuring projects within the Kadans portfolio.
As development manager, Joost is responsible for the creation of building plans, maintenance of contacts with (potential) tenants, maintaining contact with authorities on permits/permissions and drawing upproposals on the development of existing and new (land) positions.
In 2011, Joost graduated at TiasNimbas Business School in Tilburg, where he received his MRE diploma.

Steijn Ribbens
Before joining Kadans, Steijn worked as a financial specialist in the field of mergers & acquisitions and capitalisation advisory at NIBC. In addition to supervising takeover processes, including due diligence, structuring and financing issues, Steijn carried out strategic studies for both listed and private companies in various sectors.
As a board member of Kadans, Steijn is responsible for the international roll-out, strategy and supervision of acquisition and disposition processes.
Steijn Ribbens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from the Erasmus University Rotterdam / Rotterdam School of Management.

Jake van der Stel
Jake van der Stel works for Kadans as the manager of the technical department.
Jake finished his HBO study Real Estate and Real Estate Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2010, after which he started working in property management. Tom Straeter
As Senior Ecosystem Manager, Tom Straeter is responsible for ecosystem management at Kadans Science Partner.

Roël Struijk
Within Kadans Science Partner, Roël is the teamlead of the technical management team for the real estate in the Eastern Netherlands (Nijmegen, Wageningen and Schaijk).
He previously worked as a technical manager at a property management company, where he worked with a portfolio of VvEs and management properties. In the years before, he worked within a department of the municipality of Nijmegen where he led a facilities management department. The experience in property management and the background in facility management are very useful in the position of Technical Property Manager at Kadans Science Partner.

Marco Sturmans
Marco Sturmans is Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
After the MTS and HTS Architecture, he worked mostly as a Project Manager, among others, at the Radboud and MRE Partners. He then worked for years as a freelancer, and since 2015 he has been employed by Gielissen BV. At this employer, he has worked on various turnkey projects for Nike at home and abroad.
Marco has realised various projects on the consultancy and client-side as well as on the contractor side. These included nursing buildings, operating theatres, MRI, various faculty buildings for education, research, laboratories and office buildings.
Through a wide variety of realised projects, Marco has gained extensive knowledge of both technology and project processes.

Elise Schipper
Elise Schipper works as a Hospitality Employee in Plus Ultra I and II on the Wageningen Campus
As a hospitality employee, Elise is the first point of contact for the tenants and visitors of Plus Ultra I and II. Hospitality is Elise’s top priority, and it is important to her that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in Plus Ultra I and II.
Elise has an extensive track record, she has worked as a cook for a long time and then for years as a receptionist/telephonist at Univé. In addition to her job, she is also active as a professional organiser.

Rina Schuurmans
After completing her training as a Management Assistant and having worked for years as a departmental secretary at a housing association, Rina now works at Kadans. First as an administrative manager and now as a facility coordinator. At Kadans, Rina is the first point of contact for the tenants on location. Communicating with both tenants and owners is one of Rina’s spearheads.
According to Rina, managing appointments for tenants and owners at various locations throughout the country is essential for providing a satisfactory service to tenants.

Fleur Severs

James Sheppard
James is Managing Director for the UK & Ireland at Kadans Science Partner.
James joined Kadans from Cushman & Wakefield where he was Head of Life Sciences. James brings significant life science experience to Kadans, having worked on some of Europe’s largest and most advanced centres for life science innovation such as The Francis Crick Institute and Imperial College’s White City Campus. James has supported a large number of organisations, both public and private in the development of their life science strategy and will bring this extensive knowledge to Kadans to deliver new projects and support Kadans growing tenant base.
With his experience, James has gained valuable insight and technical knowledge, enabling him to help Kadans to further strengthen the support of its tenants and bring forward new projects.

Ludo van de Veerdonk
As technical manager, Ludo is in charge of various technical issues, such as renovations and alterations, as well as major maintenance and more complex troubleshooting.
Ludo is also responsible for:

– Outsourcing and controlling tests/maintenance and inspections;
– Carrying out building inspections;
– Drawing up the Long-term Maintenance Planning (renovations, exterior painting,

Estella van de Ven
Estella van de Ven has joined Kadans Science Partner as a finance employee at Kadans Science Partner. Estella previously worked for eight years as a front and back-office assistant/secretarial assistant for the tax consultants at WVDB Advisors Accountants in Rosmalen. After training as a telephonist/receptionist, Estella obtained her Middle Management degree from Schoevers Training in 2008.

Rudi Verhaak
Rudi works for Kadans Science Partner as Property Manager in the United Kingdom. He has over 35 years of experience in the sector. Valerie Vierbergen

Linda Weinhold
Linda Weinhold works as a Project Manager and completed her studies in Real Estate and Brokerage at Kadans in January 2020.
Linda Weinhold graduated in 2008 from the Cios in Sittard as a Sports and Movement Consultant. After having worked for 6 years at SportCity, she made the choice in 2013 to study Real Estate and Real Estate in Eindhoven. During her studies, she followed a semester at Griffith University in Australia and worked at BHW for 2.5 years as Assistant Financial Controller. Rick Wijngaard
Rick is technical manager at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the technical property management of our campuses in the east of the Netherlands. These are the campuses in Wageningen, Schaijk and Nijmegen.
Rick studied Facility Management at Rijn College in Wageningen. After his studies, he worked for a number of years at Akoesticum, an (inter)national training centre in Ede and then at VGIB (a consultancy and project management agency in the field of housing) as an inspector/advisor. Since 2019 Rick works at Kadans, first as Facility Coordinator for our locations in Wageningen and in 2021 he made the switch to the Property Management department.

Miguel Munoz
Before joining Kadans, Miguel worked as real estate director in Spain for Threesixty Developments (UK) leading the expansion in Spain of a successful portfolio in the student accommodation sector. Previously, he held different positions in AXA Real Estate including Acquisitions Analyst, Developments Manager and Sales&Lettings manager.
As gatekeeper of the Spanish market for Kadans, Miguel is responsible for the expansion, strategic alliances, and developments processes.

Jens van den Bongard
Jens works as commercial manager for the knowledge-intensive property portfolio within Kadans. The tenants of the buildings in this portfolio are mostly spin-off companies of knowledge institutions and young companies looking to grow within an incubator. Liselotte Wertenbroek
Liselotte is head of legal within Kadans Science Partner. She is responsible for the legal ins and outs of the company in all countries where Kadans is located.
This concerns not only operational matters such as contracts for rent, construction, maintenance, the legal guidance of (potentially) new projects, etc., but also all corporate matters such as all corporate law tasks (company structure, decision-making etc) and compliance. In this, Liselotte is assisted by her team and her international network of legal service providers. Liselotte’s goal is for the Legal department to advise Kadans as well as possible in advance on all legal do’s and dont’s, so that Kadans can focus on all challenging and interesting projects now and in the future.
Liselotte completed her law studies at the University of Utrecht. After her studies, she worked in the legal profession for over five years, after which she switched to the business world. In business, Liselotte’s focus has always been on corporate, retail and real estate matters.

Lotte Weegels
Lotte studied Accountancy at the University of Tilburg and completed the post master Register Accountant there as well. After working for almost 9 years at a big four and SME accounting firm, she started at Kadans Science Partner as Financial Controller.

Digna Wonink
Digna Wonink has been appointed HR Manager within Kadans Science Partner. Her area of focus is the entire HR service, including inflow and development of employees as well as outflow, both for the Netherlands and other European countries.

Marcus Fernhout
Marcus has an extensive background in the development of commercial and cultural real-estate and activating communities. He pioneered the coworking industry in the Netherlands when he independently developed 9 shared office operations between 2008 and 2013. He founded CIC’s (world’s leading innovation ecosystem /shared-offices and -labs operator) first center outside of the USA and still leads their expansion efforts in Europe. Marcus was part of a small (3 person) elite team (O-team) initiated by the minister of Infrastructure in the Netherlands to support cities in the Netherlands in solving stagnated highly complicated inner city planning and multi-stakeholder development. At Kadans, Marcus is involved in conceptualizing key projects, ensuring they have a qualitative market fit and that they complement and strengthen the local innovation ecosystems. Pierre Mennig
Pierre is working as Community Manager at the Watson & Crick Hill Parc in Mont-Saint-Guibert. He is the first point of contact and face for tenants, visitors, and suppliers.

Geert Akkermans
Geert Akkermans joined Kadans Science Partner as Development Manager for Belgium, he is responsible for the development of new knowledge-intensive real estate projects. After his education as an Architect, Geert gained extensive experience at various companies in different roles in the building process. Ilias Sarros
As Senior Project Manager for Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH, Ilias is mainly responsible for the upcoming projects within the Frankfurt / Rhine-Main-Neckar region. Furthermore, he is involved in the corresponding development processes.

Claudia Tripp
Claudia is a Commercial Asset Manager for the UK & Ireland.
Claudia joined Kadans from Network Rail where she was an Asset Manager responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio throughout London and the South East. Claudia focused on delivering real estate solutions to help tenants succeed.
Prior to this Claudia worked at Cushman & Wakefield in their Central London Occupier Representation team. Claudia specialised in advising tenants on their real estate strategy focusing on office acquisitions, lease re-gears and renewals.

Yassine Chaabna
Yassine joined Kadans Science Partner as a Transaction & Development Analyst. He is involved in the drawing-up of the Company’s development strategy by supporting investment decisions, transaction process and the development team.
Prior to joining Kadans, Yassine held various positions as an analyst in funds invested in equities and in real estate assets. His last experience was with the PERIAL group, a French real estate developer and investment manager.

Elsa Ferrard
Elsa is leading the expansion of Kadans in France.
Elsa joined Kadans from Immobel, where she contributed to the launch and development of its French commercial subsidiary as development director. Previously, Elsa worked at AXA IM Real Asset as development manager on multiple large and complex real estate projects.

Elise joined Kadans as a development manager to assist in the expansion of Kadans in France.
Prior to joining Kadans, Elise worked for the real estate company Bouygues Immobilier, in charge of the development of mixed used projects in Paris Area. Previously, Elise worked as an urban planner in Brussels and has been involved with both public and private sectors complex projects.

Alexander Riabzev

Alexandra Lichtenwald

Frederike Krinke Häusler

Jochen Schmitges
Jochen is Senior Development Manager at Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. He is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
He has gained a lot of experience in this field for more than 25 years. For more than 14 years, together with his father, he was responsible for his own office for architecture and urban planning in a partnership. Martjan Blijleven
Martjan is the Director | Head of Property Management within Kadans Science Partner. With his Property Management team, he is responsible for the technical and facility management of the existing real estate portfolio which will grow significantly in the coming period.
Martjan is a professional in Property Management. Stephanie Riffo
Within Kadans Science Partner, Stephanie is the Ecosystem Manager High-Tech within the Ecosystem Management team of Tom Straeter.

Stephanie studied at TU Eindhoven with a BSc in Technical Business Administration and MSc in Innovation Management. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant at Berenschot.

Lucienne Coppoolse
Lucienne has joined the commercial team within Kadans Science Partner as Asset Manager and will focus on the further development of the various properties in the west of the Netherlands.
Afterher education as a certified real estate agent, Lucienne first worked as a real estate agent before starting at Merin in 2005 as Property Manager Commercial. After that, she worked for 5 years as Asset Manager at Vastint. For the last couple of years she worked as Commercial Manager at Cobraspen Vastgoed.

Miranda Dijkhuizen
Miranda is Facility Coordinator within Kadans Science Partner and responsible for the Plus Ultra location in Leiden.

Rion van Gend
As a project developer within Kadans Science Partner, Rion van Gend is responsible for the development of new real estate projects that incorporate the specific wishes and requirements of the knowledge-intensive target group, including the specific Kadans features.
Rion has a broad HBO education that combines engineering and business administration and has worked at leading international consultants and contractors (Cofely, Arcadis, Stork, Turner & Townsend, DPR). Rion’s broad work experience includes projects in life sciences, data centres and manufacturing.

Tim de Jong
Tim de Jong is Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
Tim has an engineering background and has worked as a project manager for the consultancy firm Royal HaskoningDHV for the past 20 years. In this role, Tim was involved in the realisation of the transformation of the Kadans buildings A and M on the Novio Tech Campus in Nijmegen. Years later, this collaboration ensures that Tim has chosen Kadans with great enthusiasm.

Rob van Overbeek
As Commercial Development Manager, Rob van Overbeek is responsible for finding new opportunities in the form of single and multi-tenant real estate projects, with a strong focus on the knowledge-intensive sector. He is the first point of contact for stakeholders at science parks and guides potential tenants through the process of concluding a development and/or lease agreement.
Rob completed his Commercial Economics studies at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven with the Post-HBO studies Project Management and Real Estate. In the past, he has fulfilled various roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. His strength lies in understanding and optimally facilitating the primary process of his clients. He likes to use this experience in complex housing issues in order to offer Kadans’ tenants an optimal working environment.

Isolde Schoemans
After graduating in Human Resources, Isolde started working at Adecco, where she held various positions for 17 years. After that, she worked for several years as an HR officer/manager at the Japanese company Iris Ohyana Europe.

Thijs Span
Thijs Span works as a corporate development analyst at Kadans. He works in the Corporate Development team, supporting the Management Board and the Corporate Development Manager. He supports the team in making investment decisions and in the transaction process at home and abroad. Thijs also carries out market analyses, evaluates real estate propositions and drafts investment memorandums.
Thijs obtained his Master’s degree in Finance at the University of Groningen. During his master’s studies, he frequently had to deal with complex theoretical, but also practical, financial issues concerning various asset classes, including real estate. In addition, he gained experience as a junior treasurer and all-around financial employee at various companies.

Sandra Vogelaar
Sandra is the manager of the facility department within Kadans Science Partner. She is responsible for all soft services and Food & Beverages together with her team of facility colleagues within the Dutch portfolio.
After her Facility Management studies, Sandra held various facility functions within, among others, the headquarters of Shell in The Hague to retail companies such as Free Record Shop, V&D and Blokker. Janine Krämer
Janine works as a Property Manager of Kadans Science Partner Germany GmbH. She is mainly responsible for the management of our properties in Germany, especially At the Park Aachen.

Stan Noordermeer
Stan studied Accountancy at Fontys University of Applied Sciences and then gained three years of experience at an accountancy firm. After this, he obtained his Master’s degree in Accountancy at Tilburg University and started working as an Assistant Financial Controller at Kadans Science Partner.

Karina García del Real
Karina is the Community Manager within Kadans Science Partner. She is the driving force behind Kadans’ online platform and will, in close collaboration with other colleagues from Kadans’ ecosystem management team, activate and manage Kadans’ European community of more than 400 knowledge-intensive tenants at 25 science parks and campuses.

James Dawson
James is Development Manager for the UK & Ireland bringing with him a wealth of experience gained across Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial and Logistics. Naomi de Groot

Leon de Koning
As project manager fit-out, Leon is mainly responsible for the realisation of the fit-out designs for the tenants in the various Kadans buildings. He is part of Peter Thijssen’s team.

Peter Thijssen
Peter is the Director | Head of Construction within the Kadans Science Partner team and falls directly under Technical Director Joost van de Rakt.
He is responsible for the Dutch project management team.
Peter and his team are responsible for the realisation of new knowledge-intensive projects, redevelopment projects, renovations within the existing portfolio and also the various fit-outs for our tenants. Together with his team, he maintains contact with the tenants, stakeholders and construction partners during the construction of a project.
Peter Thijssen worked for BAM for many years after his education. From 2016 he has held a number of management positions at other builders, most recently at Aedes Real Estate as director of realisation.

Onno Husson
Onno Husson is responsible for Kadans Science Partner’s events, which range from a festive opening of a new building to a successful summer drinks party for tenants. The diverse events he organises contribute to Kadans’ innovative ecosystem.
Onno studied HBO Leisure Sciences in Breda and then joined Hutten Catering as a start-up and catering manager. He also ran his own company in the events sector.

Oliver Reback
Oliver is an Assistant Development Manager at Kadans for the UK and Ireland.
Prior to joining Kadans Oliver was ga raduate project manager at AECOM where he specialised in the science sector, working on the design and fit-out of bespoke laboratories, as well as the construction of space technology testing facilities.

Stefan Simons
As project manager fit-out at Kadans Science Partner, Stefan is mainly responsible for the realization of the fit out designs for the tenants in the various Kadans properties.
He is trained as a framework cabinetmaker SH&M and has years of experience as a project manager in interior design and in the glass industry. Stefan most recently worked as an Account Project Manager at KP, a turnkey interior design company. In this capacity Stefan worked for Kadans among others in Plus Ultra Leiden.

Robin van Dijk
Robin van Dijk is Legal Counsel within Kadans Science Partner alongside Liselotte Wertenbroek. Robin is highly versatile, from specific questions on tenancy and construction law to corporate matters of the firm.
Robin completed her law studies at Tilburg University, where she majored in construction law. After her studies, she completed her professional training as a lawyer at an Amsterdam law firm with a focus on tenancy law. She then started working at a medium-sized law firm in Eindhoven specializing in real estate, where she further developed in rental and construction law.

Franck Hort
Franck joined Kadans Science Partner France as Head of Development. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Franck gained a lot of experience at JLL, where he was responsible for the Project Management department in charge of complex refurbishment projects.

Pierre Pradal
Pierre is the Project Director at Kadans Science Partner in France. It is his responsibility to guarantee the feasibility and the achievements of the projects, and to contribute to the development of the operations.

Vincent Steine

As ecosystem manager, Vincent, together with his colleague Stephanie Riffo, Ecosystem Manager High Tech, stimulates and initiates knowledge sharing and cooperation between tenants in Kadans’ European network, as well as with other companies and knowledge institutes on science parks and campuses. As a result, Kadans tenants will be even more innovative and successful.
Vincent has extensive work experience in life sciences and pharma in both specialist and commercial positions at renowned organisations such as Sandoz and Sanquin and smaller biotech companies. This gives him an extensive international life sciences network. Vincent is trained in clinical biochemistry.

Isa Hazeleger
Within Kadans Science Partner, Isa is the Facility Coordinator for the locations at the Utrecht Science Park, including Accelerator.
She graduated from the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in 2022, majoring in Facility Management. She did her graduation internship at ISS facility services (with their client PwC). There, she conducted research on measuring the quality of facility services at various offices.

Pascal Vos
Within Kadans Science Partner, Pascal is the Junior Business Controller on Tim Pardoen’s team.

Benny Rutten

Marine Teyssandier
Marine joined Kadans Science Partner as an Investment & Asset Manager and is involved in the acquisition process of future Kadans projects in France.
Before joining Kadans, Marine worked at Altarea as an Investment Manager, contributing to the acquisition and asset management of complex office refurbishment projects in Paris.
Previously, Marine worked at Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) as an Investment Analyst on office projects.

David Romero Miguel
Before joining Kadans, David worked as a development manager and technical director for Asentis Plus and Avintia.
Previously, he was a project Manager for Grupo Zena and the engineering firm EPTISA. During these years, David acquired solid knowledge and skills in project management of complex buildings, including office and residential buildings, shopping centres, retail stores, and industrial facilities. This background allows him to guarantee excellent performance in managing various construction projects.

Iñigo de Uriarte Arbaiza

Thibaut Persin
Thibaut joined Kadans Science Partner as a technical property manager. Before joining Kadans, he worked in the wind farms industry for more than 15 years. Thibaut worked at Air-Energy and Eneco Wind Belgium where he held several positions, starting from project engineer to operations and maintenance manager of wind farm parc, and finally project manager high voltage (design, purchase to operations).
Thibaut’s goal at Kadans is to ensure the maintenance and technical follow-up and upgrade of the Belgian properties are performed in a way keeping our assets at their utmost technical level.

Ilse Spijkers
Ilse Spijkers is one of the hospitality employees within Kadans Science Partner, working at the head office in Haaren.

Sandrine de Wouters
Sandrine de Wouters joined Kadans as Senior Asset Manager in 2022 and is now leading the Belgian activities as Head of Belgium. Prior to joining Kadans, she has been working in the Real Estate and Banking industry for more than 15 years. Sandrine worked at ING Bank as Corporate Lending Advisor and at Cofinimmo (the foremost Belgian listed property company) where she gained extensive experience in Transaction & Asset management and Business development of (healthcare) real estate.

Eveline van den Houdt
Eveline van den Houdt is Backoffice Employee within Kadans Science Partner, which department falls under Property Management.
She first worked in the hospitality industry for several years after completing her hospitality education at De Rooi Pannen. Since 2017, her focus has been on commercial inside sales positions. Last year, she made the switch to a position in the property management department.
Within the Back Office team, Eveline is partly responsible for drawing up reports and guaranteeing all information about the Kadans properties present in the portfolio.
She works closely with the technical and facilities colleagues as well as the administration department.

Patricia Meesters
Patricia Meesters is backoffice employee service costs within Kadans Science Partner, which department falls under Property Management.
She made a switch to financial functions after graduating from MDGO. For the past 15 years, Patricia has held various financial administrative positions.
Within the Back Office team, Patricia is jointly responsible for preparing the service charge statements and service charge budgets for the tenants of the Kadans properties in the portfolio.
She works closely with the technical and facilities colleagues as well as the administration department.

Ewout Spronk
Ewout Spronk is Commercial Manager within Kadans Science Partner, working from the Asset Management team led by Reinoud van den Heuvel.
Within the team, he is responsible for further filling laboratory and office buildings in the Randstad region with knowledge-intensive organisations, startups and scale ups.
In his previous employment, Ewout worked as a business broker at Molenbeek Makelaars, then as Asset Manager and Acquisitor at Coop, Senior Acquisitor at Lidl and in his last employment as Commercial Manager at De nieuwe Norm, where he was responsible for the acquisition of, among other things, office properties for transformation into residential units.

Maarten Nederveen
Maarten is Technical Manager for the Kadans Science Partner properties Plus Ultra Leiden and Plus Ultra Amsterdam.
After studying Hotel & Event Management, he worked for several years as Property & Facility Manager at DVM B.V. in Amsterdam. Here, his responsibilities included the management and facility processes of various office properties.
Within Kadans, he works in the Property Management team for the Western Netherlands under the leadership of Erwin Langbroek.

Grzegorz Szewczyk
Grzegorz “Greg” Szewczyk joined Kadans from Autolus, where he was Instrument & Controls Technician II. He is a well-humoured, practical and pragmatic team player with over 20 years of professional experience in logistics, banking and biotechnology. He is well-known for his problem-solving and coordinating skills.

Suzanne Verbruggen
Suzanne Verbruggen is the Marketing Professional within Kadans Science Partner, which department is headed by Wendy van Duijnhoven.
She found her way towards Marketing & Communication after studying Commercial Economics at Fontys as quite quickly and she now has years of experience at various commercial organisations such as ISP-Next and Panasonic Heating & Cooling.

Mark van de Sande
Mark van de Sande is the Projects & Sustainability Manager within Kadans Science Partner, working in the Property department under the direction of Martjan Blijleven.
Within the team, he is responsible for various projects related to making the existing Kadans properties in the Dutch portfolio more sustainable. He will also manage various refurbishment and maintenance projects.
Mark studied Electrical Engineering, Technical Business Administration and Higher Facilities Management. In previous employments, he has worked as Technology engineer and Facility & Utilities manager. His strength lies in setting up, implementing and monitoring projects where process optimisation is paramount.

Nicole Hernandez
Nicole Hernandez is a Finance Employee within Kadans Science Partner responsible for monitoring the day-to-day administration within the Finance team led by Patrick van Buul.
She completed her MBO study Junior Assistant Accountant at the Koning Willem I colleague in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and gained the necessary experience during her internship periods.

Martijn Corveleijn
Martijn Corveleijn is project manager within Kadans Science Partner, working in the Construction department under Peter Thijssen.
Martijn first studied Interior & Architecture at MBO level and then obtained his HBO diploma in Architecture at the HAN in Arnhem. He then followed this with a master’s degree in architecture.
He worked as a BIM engineer at MIX architecture, architectural designer at Atelier 3 and most recently as Project engineer at Bulsink before joining Kadans’ Construction team.

Mairi Dillon
Mairi is Ecosystem Manager for the UK & Ireland at Kadans Science Partner.
Mairi has a wealth of experience in early stage tech fundraising, project management and outward facing relationship building (public and private sector). She began her career in major government sponsored infrastructure projects before moving into the innovation and entrepreneurship landscape. As Head of Operations for a venture capital backed bio-tech start-up, she gained broad business experience bringing a product to market and fundraising both in the UK and abroad. Through her recent roles within the Catapult Network, Smart Specialisation Hub and Innovate UK’s Knowledge Transfer Network, Mairi has built a deep understanding of how to link the research, commercial and investment worlds.

Léon Mehtab
Léon is a Junior Asset Manager at Kadans for the UK and Ireland.
Before joining Kadans, Léon worked for 2 and a half years in the Property and Asset Management department at Strettons. There, he managed a mixed-use portfolio for institutions, property companies and private investors. Léon specialised in providing strategic advice to maximise the value of his clients’ investments and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations. At Kadans, Léon leverages his expertise to support the strategic management and growth of the company’s UK and Ireland portfolio.
Léon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
