Our tenants

The sector profiles of our tenants is diverse, as is our range of knowledge-intensive spaces. We mainly house start-ups and scale-ups in our multi-tenant buildings. But with the knowledge and experience we have, we also develop knowledge-intensive buildings for large corporates. What our tenants all have in common is that they are active in the Agri & Food, Life Sciences, Health, Biotechnology, Sustainable Energy, Biobased and High Tech Semiconductors sectors.

Integral approach

Kadans Science Partner is involved in the development of the building from start to finish. In this way we fulfil various roles. We are: investor, project developer, financier, buyer, landlord and manager. We have the knowledge of permits and the experience to arrange the space of our tenants as desired. During the fit-out process, we guide our tenants in creating their ideal working environment.
