Sovereign House is a laboratory and office refurbishment delivered by Kadans Science Partner, located within The Science Quadrant at Abingdon Science Park. Purchased in 2022, the building expands the current Kadans ownership at Abingdon Science Park.

Abingdon Science Park is prominently located within one of Europe’s most thriving research and development ecosystems, home to world leading companies and innovation driving SMEs. Tenants already include Akamis Bio, Penlon OxDevice, Continuum Life Sciences, Scilogica, Genefirst and many more.

The development will comprise of repurposing of the current building, providing 7,728 sq ft of ground floor lab space and 7,728 sq ft of first floor office space.

Due to complete in May 2023, the building can be offered as a bespoke fitted lab and office facility or delivered to CAT A specification.
