Stimulating interactions in Walloon-Brabant
Watson & Crick Hill has a clear vision of what a science park should be. The park consists of about 11 acres and is the largest science park in Wallonia. At the moment the park already offers 30,000 m2 GFA of office and lab space, spread over six buildings. There is still room for 20,000 m2 GFA of space, which also shows the growth that the park has in mind for the future. At the moment, the park is home to 27 companies.
