Binnenhaven 5
On behalf of Eurofins (formerly BLGG AgroXpertus), Kadans Science Partner has thoroughly renovated and expanded the Ten Houten building at the Business & Science Park Wageningen. In the old university building, Eurofins has access to over 11,500 m2 of office and laboratory facilities. The building has been completely modernized and adapted to the wishes and requirements of the user. To this end, investments were made in architectural and installation facilities, including various user-specific matters. Kadans has focused on a sustainable way of investing so that Eurofins can release resources to be used for its core business.
Research
Eurofins carries out soil and plant research, among other things. One of the reasons for moving to Binnenhaven 5 is its proximity to Wageningen University & Research (WUR), one of the leading research and knowledge institutes in the knowledge domains of Agro, Food and Biobased. Since 2010, the building bears the name of its address. Previously, the building was called Ten Houten.
