Plus Ultra Utrecht offers organisations the chance to develop at a prominent location on the Utrecht Science Park. Under the name Plus Ultra Utrecht, a multi-tenant building is being created in which research & development organisations from the life sciences and health sectors will have enough space for innovation and growth. The new building will be an innovative and lively meeting place in the largest science park in the Netherlands, which is already made clear by the name “Plus Ultra”. Because “Plus Ultra” means “always on” and refers to the striving to constantly renew and develop.

Genmab is an international biotechnology organisation specialising in the development of various antibody therapies to fight cancer. With an area of 11,250 m2, the building offers space for research facilities, laboratories, offices and technical rooms. In addition, the building meets Genmab’s expressed wish to develop a meeting place for (inter)national science.

Accelerator is the newest business centre for life sciences in the Utrecht Science Park, hosting not only large biotech organisations but also start-ups and scale-ups looking to advance their development. The Accelerator’s design is based on an idea from the listed biotechnology companies Genmab and Merus, which aim to improve patients’ quality of life by developing innovative therapies and high-quality collaborations. The Accelerator is an exceptional hub in the innovative ecosystem of both the Utrecht Science Park and Kadans Science Partner.
