Leiden Bio Sciene Park

Leiden Bio Science Park is the largest knowledge cluster in the Netherlands in the field of Life Sciences & Health and is well regarded internationally. The park houses 150+ organisations and is growing rapidly. Currently, 18,000 employees work at the park; this number is expected to grow to 27,000 by 2025. Leiden Bio Science Park is home to education of various levels. For example, Leiden University has several faculties there, but Hogeschool Leiden and MBO Rijnland are also present. In addition, the academic hospital LUMC is located here, and so are various biotech companies such as Galapagos and Johnson & Johnson.

The multi-tenant building Plus Ultra Leiden has been realized at the Kop van Leeuwenhoek, at Emmy Noetherweg 2. This is in the entrance area of the park.

The Leiden Bio Science Park, and thus Plus Ultra Leiden, is very easy to reach by both car and public transportation. Leiden Central Station is next to the park and there are several bus stops scattered throughout the park. Furthermore, the park is located next to an access ramp to the A4 from Nieuw-Vennep to The Hague.

Fit-out

We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. Extra services for your laboratory

On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimizes the success of your organisation.
