Knowledge Quarter King’s Cross

The Knowledge Quarter in King’s Cross, London is a consortium of more than 75 academic, cultural, research, scientific and media organisations large and small, from The Francis Crick Institute and University College London (UCL) to the Wellcome Trust, Google, GSK, Merck (MSD) and AstraZeneca.

Within a few hundred meters you will find knowledge resources ranging from the world’s earliest books and manuscripts to the latest fashion and creative designs and cutting-edge medical research.

Canary Wharf

A new multi-tenant building is being developed by Kadans Science Partner and Canary Wharf in Canary Wharf London, on the 3.3-acre North Quay site adjacent to the new Elizabeth line station. Canary Wharf will be one of the best connected campuses in London. Within 30 minutes you can reach King’s Cross, White City and the three largest funders of life science research in the UK: UKRI, the Wellcome Trust and Cancer Research UK. The Elizabeth Line provides a direct connection to London Heathrow Airport within 38 minutes and London City Airport within 15 minutes.

Fit-out

We work with you to see how you can best arrange the flexible spaces. We call this process the fit-out. During the fit-out process, we look at the user-related layout of a space. This includes technical facilities and other user-related adjustments. Kadans is happy to look at the fit-out with you. On top of customized laboratory housing, Kadans offers several additional services: ecosystem services. These services are offered on top of the normal property management and technical services of our buildings. By providing these additional ecosystem services, Kadans optimizes the success of your organisation.
